Schooner Inc is a non-profit marine education organization that promotes environmental awareness and personal growth with activities based on New Haven Harbor and Long Island Sound. Schooner Inc is divided into two parts in order to meet our mission - CT Coastal Classrooms and Schooner Quinnipiack.

CT Coastal Classrooms

CT Coastal Classrooms offers Marine and Environmental Education programs for all ages on the shore, on the water and in classrooms and meeting places throughout Connecticut. 

  • School Programs (preK-gr12)
  • Vacation Camp (gr 1-3)

  • Community Boating (gr. 4-Adult)
  • Public Programs (all ages)

Schooner Quinnipiack

The Schooner Quinnipiack is the flagship of New Haven - sail away on our traditionally rigged  91' Schooner Quinnipiack. offering afternoon, sunset and specialty sails out of New Haven Harbor to the public!
