From the Southwest (Stratford, Bridgeport, Norwalk):
- Take I-95 North to Exit 44 (Kimberley Ave.) and bear right off the exit ramp
- At the first traffic light, turn right onto the Boulevard (Rte. 10)
- At the stop sign, turn right onto Howard Ave.
- At the stop sign, turn left onto South Water Street
- 60 South Water Street is the third building on the right (the building just after the Sound School sign).
- The Schooner Inc office is located on the second floor
From the East (Branford, Madison, Clinton, New London):
- Take I-95 South to Exit 45 (Boulevard - Route 10) and bear left as the exit ramp forks
- At the stop sign, turn left onto the Boulevard (Rte. 10)
- At the stop sign, turn right onto Howard Ave.
- At the stop sign, turn left onto South Water Street
- 60 South Water Street is the third building on the right (the building just after the Sound School sign).

From the North (Hamden, North Haven, Wallingford, Meriden, Hartford):
- Take I-91 South to I-95 South
- Take I-95 South to Exit 45 (Boulevard - Route 10) and bear left as the exit ramp forks
