The schooner Quinnipiack is the flagship of New Haven - sail away on our traditionally rigged  91' schooner Quinnipiack, offering afternoon, sunset and specialty sails out of New Haven Harbor to the public!

The schooner Quinnipiack is a   traditionally rigged sailing ship dedicated to introducing the public to the waters   of New Haven Harbor and the Long Island Sound. She serves as Schooner's Icon   and is, by official decree of the mayor, New Haven's flagship.  Built in 1984 and originally named the 'Janet May', she has been sailing in New Haven for over 20 years!

The schooner Quinnipiack has a daily public sail schedule. She is also available for charters, school sails, birthday parties and corporate events.
